Terms of Service for Zipterview

Welcome to Zipterview, an online one-way video interviewing platform. By using Zipterview, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You may use Zipterview for lawful purposes only. You may not use Zipterview to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
• Harm minors in any way;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content;
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or chain letters;
• Transmit any content that contains software viruses or other harmful computer code; or
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

In addition to the prohibited uses listed in Section 2, you may not:

• Use Zipterview to access or attempt to access any other user's account without their permission;
• Use Zipterview to disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of Zipterview;
• Use Zipterview to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users; or
• Use Zipterview in a manner that is harmful to Zipterview or its users.

Zipterview may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service;
• Use of Zipterview in a manner that is harmful to Zipterview or its users; or
• Any other reason that Zipterview deems appropriate.

Zipterview respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Zipterview with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
• Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
• Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on Zipterview;
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement by you, under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service will be resolved by binding arbitration in Cape Town, South Africa, in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration will be conducted in English.

Zipterview makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information contained on its website. Zipterview also disclaims any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Zipterview's website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms of Service and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Zipterview with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Please review these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
